Accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit or gameplay activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. SA777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to such accounts as notified in the applicable fee schedule. Users will be notified before any fee is applied and retain the right to reactivate their account at any time by contacting support.
SA777 displays all account balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — in onboarding materials for user orientation purposes only. Users may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

Where a User fails to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period, SA777 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawal processing and, where legally required, report the matter to relevant authorities. SA777 will not return funds deposited into unverified accounts where there are outstanding compliance concerns.
